Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at this property for 6 nights 7 days. My stay has been amazing. It has a good location, decent breakfast and cozy rooms. The best part was meeting the service staff at breakfast. Mr. Zheng Yong helped us daily with wonderful breakfast and greeted with a lovely smile. Kudos to all the members of the restaurant service team at front end and who all work behind the scenes. You all are awesome!

Excellent hospitality from the Team-Holiday Inn. Thorough professionals in creating memories for their guests. Rooms are well maintained, a tad congested to move luggage bags but most hotel rooms in Singapore aren’t spacious as we find in Americas or across European hotels. Breakfast is spectacular. One suggestion to their culinary team is to introduce at least 02 different vegetarian dishes for breakfast. My partner was from India who was a vegetarian and couldn’t find much choices for hot veg food for breakfast. Overall stay was enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel for their service, professionalism and personalized service. Keep it up folks!!!

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's situated very close to Little India and within easy walking distance of MRT stations, bus station making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel deserve high praise. They were exceptionally cooperative and always ready to assist, which added a personal touch to my stay. The rooms, while well managed, were a bit on the smaller side. They were cozy and clean, but I did find that additional space for keeping old clothes would have been helpful. It's a minor concern but something to consider for an even more comfortable stay. In summary, the Holiday Inn Express Serangoon offers a great location, superb service, and well-maintained rooms. It's an excellent choice for travelers looking for a convenient base in Singapore, with a small room improvement that could make it even better.
